POPIA Privacy Policy
How BizKonnector collects, uses, shares and protects your personal and business information under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013.
- Contact details: contact person, business email, WhatsApp, cell and landline numbers and your preferred method of contact.
- B-BBEE and transformation status: ownership percentages, B-BBEE level and any certificate you upload to the secure compliance vault.
- Physical address and location: street address, city, province and the map coordinates you confirm during registration.
- Device metadata: IP address (masked in our consent ledger), browser type, device identifiers and how you move through the directory and catalogs.
- Financial information: billing details and bank or card records. Card payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant gateways; we never store raw card numbers.
